Kiln Services - IFCEM, Ukraine
Under a task from Plant Supervision, we carried out kiln inspections on all three IFCEM kilns and supervised the installation of a new graphite kiln inlet seal and an ABC inlet for their grate cooler, both supplied by FLSmidth. A new round of kiln inspections is already scheduled.

Sabanour Pelletizing Plant
Kiln & Dryer Service
At Sabanour Pelletizing Plant, both the Chinese-made 2-base kiln with girth gear drive and the rotary dryer suffered from severely worn rollers and tyres, poor kiln balance, and heavy vibrations. We performed a full inspection and extensive machining to restore all rollers and tyres to proper shape. Since then, we have returned for additional work, and Sabanour has become one of our regular customers.
